In case you’re new here, here’s the rundown: I was finally diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome after 15+ years of chronic joint pain. Now I’m on a mission to build up the muscles around my joints to make them less vulnerable to dislocating so I can finally be active again. 🙏 my go-to workouts right now are water aerobics and biking in addition to my full-body physical therapy.
