I bought a wood spatula and bread knife from Ballerina Farms, but honestly these (cheaper) amazon options look like a great option. Wood spatula is a must IMO, bread knife is if you’re feeling extra 😂 I also think it’s worth investing in the weck jars vs using another jar/glass Only other thing I’d make sure to have is a good tea towel.
