Setting up a space that works and lasts! I used the Elfa drawer system from @thecontainerstore to upgrade my son’s closet while he’s home for the summer and I couldn’t recommend it more.

💡 Why I love Elfa drawers:

Multiple size options
Smooth gliding drawers
Strong, no-flex metal (way better than plastic!)
Add-on drawer dividers = game changer
Optional wheels = perfect for dorms or temporary spaces
Whether your kid’s home from college, heading to a dorm, or you just need smart storage that won’t fall apart Elfa is it!

Comment SHOP below and I’ll DM you the exact link to shop the Elfa collection I used 🛒

Closet goals 🙌🏼 We customize each project based on the space, but there are a few closet hacks we find ourselves always repeating:
1.Matching hangers (always!)
2.Upper bins for seasonal or occasional items
3.Group clothes by category and color
4.Shoe risers or stackers when space is tight
5.File-folding everything in drawers for easy access and visibility

Small changes = major transformation! 🧺✨

Summer is in full swing and your playroom is taking a beating 😅
Here are 4 playroom tips from a pro organizer to help you reset the space (without losing your mind):
1.If it’s missing pieces, toss it. You’re never going to do a puzzle that’s missing half the pieces.
2.Ditch the giant toy box—it’s just a black hole. Instead use smaller bins and more specific categories (we love clear for playrooms).
3.Less stuff = more play. Rotate toys to reduce overwhelm and leave space for when new toys arrive (birthdays, Christmas, etc.).
4.Label everything (pictures help little ones help you).
The goal? A space that’s easy to clean up and actually fun to play in.

Small systems = big sanity

Part 2 of our bathroom project is here! You saw how we prep—shopping for the right products, categorizing, and editing down what no longer serves the space. Now it’s time to implement the systems that bring it all together.
Here’s a little peek behind our process: nothing is random, and nothing is just “thrown in.” We design systems that actually work—tailored to how our clients live day to day. Because no two bathrooms (or people!) are the same.

We say this all the time because it’s true. Most of the time, clutter isn’t a character flaw it’s a sign that your home doesn’t have systems that work for you.

When everything has a place (and it’s easy to put things back), your space becomes easier to maintain — not just on day one, but long after.
Whether it’s a mudroom drop zone, labeled bins in the pantry, or a bathroom drawer that actually makes sense — organization isn’t about being perfect. It’s about creating systems that fit your life. Ready to get organized? Call us!

We are professional organizers located in Lafayette, LA we love helping our clients get organized and stay organized. We bring function and beauty to every organizing project.
