Spanx has finally solved the biggest problem with exercise dresses- having to get naked when nature calls! They have a patent pending on the “take-off technology”. It’s basically shorts connected to the dress, but only in the front. So you can do what you need to do, while staying mostly dressed ☺️ Please excuse me while I live in this all summer!
