4. Paint - nothing like a bright coat of white paint to freshen up your space - my favorite whites and colors in my home - Chantilly Lace & Simply White by Benjamin Moore and Droplets by Dunn Edwards

5. Replace dated appliances -Check out Facebook Marketplace and Discount appliance stores for deals. I found my stove through a discount store for more than 75% off retail. It had a dent on the side which wasn’t visible and was an older model so the store wanted to get rid of it.
