We were quoted $10K for two rooms 😅 So… we DIY’d it with @loweshomeimprovement Measured, mapped it out, and headed to Lowe’s for moulding—went with real wood over MDF, using thicker boards for the chair rail and thinner trim for the boxes. A laser level was a must, and we nailed everything in for a secure finish.
