1) GO BIG
• one stunning large scale tree is better than a bunch of shorter trees & plants styled together… Less is More!

2) Style tree inside an oversized concrete planter!
• one of my biggest pet peeves is when people put a large tree into a tiny planter! It’s odd & a total eye sore — tiny planters ruin the entire look!

3) Realistic Leaves with color variation found in nature
• Fabric / Silk Leaves! (if leaves look plastic, it’s a NO!)
• if bottom of leaves are white (or un-dyed), move on!
• tops & ends of leaves should be lighter (where the sun would hit it) & show various shades of color

4) Realistic Trunk & Branches
• color, texture, shape… should all look natural

These *real touch* artificial tulips look SO REAL!

I bought real pink tulips the other day to compare them with my fake ones & I truly couldn’t tell the difference!
