🚨Save this tip for later!!🚨 1. Use FrogTape to tape off the area you don’t want paint (bottom of crown, baseboards, trim, stripes, etc.) Has to be FrogTape! I swear every other type of paint bleeds & the tape sticks to the wall! 2. Use an old credit card or ID card to go over the tape. Gets rid of any wrinkles or areas where there may be gaps! 3. Using the same color of the surface you just taped-paint a coat over the edge of the tape-this helps seal the tape and stops any potential bleed through of the other color! For example, we did a coat of Sherwin Williams Extra White here. 4. Let that coat dry completely 5. Paint your wall, trim, etc. whatever color you like up to the tapes edge or completely covering if doing stripes like seen here. 6. Let that coat dry completely 7. Do your second coat of your color and immediately pull the tape while it’s still WET!! LTKHome
