We don’t do the Elf on the Shelf, I just can’t commit to that kind of creative energy requirement each night, but we DO have a letters to Santa mailbox from which the elves secretly collect each night. I love seeing what the kids have to say to Santa and the gift tips are super helpful!

These little backpacks perfect size for kiddos. My kids are 3 and 5 and they can carry these with ease.
