He has two 29” wardrobes that are side by side & we split the doors so there's two 19” mirrors in the center & the 9” flat doors that got painted blue on the outsides. This side features a hanging section on top, a shelf, more hanging for pants, and then two slide out trays with some dividers for extra hangers & belts & another shelf below for additional shoes. A little look at my DIY walk in closet makeover using the Ikea pax system & adding wood face frame, light blue paint, striped wallpaper lining for the backs & polished nickel hardware. The shoe tower is the 29” and holds 3-4 pairs of size 8.5 shoes on each shelf. The other wardrobe is also 29” but in the deeper size & has a spot for long hanging clothes, as well as large drawers, an area for sweaters & a shelf above for additional storage. I also swapped the hanging rods to metal ones & it feels so luxe.

Powder bath refresh on a budget. I started this DIY powder bath refresh by painting the bathroom the prettiest shade of blue. I customized a plain roman shade by adding an additional layer of designer fabric using iron on hem tape, swapped the outdated lighting for the cutest chrome & milk glass light fixtures, and added in coordinating chrome bathroom hardware to hang hand towels on.

I did a light diy refresh of our powder bathroom & just installed this dental crown moulding & the space feels so much more special now! I love how the detail of the trim plays off the simplicity of the white frames that are matted to hold 11 x 14 prints that tie in the blue color of the walls perfectly.

Now you see it, now you don't! I just upgraded to this 100% silicone squeegee & absolutely love the design. Because it's made of only silicone I no longer have to worry about the handle bumping or scratching into the glass, stone or shower hardware when I'm cleaning the edges after using the shower. The design also allows you to hang the squeegee over a glass door or off an edge of a niche (without secondary mounting hardware). I love keeping it tucked behind my bench for easy access, while not being very visible.

The prettiest chinoiserie floral wallpaper with a subtle metallic sheen that makes it feel so much more high end & luxury while also reflecting a little bit of light creating a warmer & brighter room. I paired the wall paper with oversized budget friendly Parisian inspired architectural line drawings of ornate doors that come framed as a set with simple champagne matted frames & tied it all together with a gorgeous console table & a decorative gold feather tray.

One of my only bathroom design mistakes was buying the wrong squeegee. I originally had one with a metal handle and it would bump into the walls, door handle and glass when doing the corners. I swapped to this simplistic white one that’s made of 100% silicone & it makes it so much easier since the squeegee won’t damage or chip any of the marble if I’m cleaning too quickly and bump into the edges. I also love that the handle is ergonomic & also is designed in a way to hang from the bench or the top of glass, I usually keep it on the other side of the bench so it almost completely disappears into my white marble shower, but is still within reach & easy to grab.

Obsessed with this new lounge set. The material is so soft, cozy, warm & breathable & the color is the prettiest light blue with a hint of white acid wash (reminiscent of denim jeans) but way more comfortable. The pants are extremely stretchy & super long, which is perfect for any tall girlies. They also have really pretty pleating & useful sized pockets. You can also mix and match with a coordinating pair of sweat shorts, an off the shoulder top & a quarter button shirt. This set is going to be perfect to wear this summer after a long pool day when you’re ready to put on cozies & soak in the ac while watching a movie. I’m 5’7” & wearing an XS.

How pretty is this block printed Mother’s Day card? We really wanted a three door fridge & had it narrowed down to two including one (which I solely wanted for its ability to store pans on built in rails under the shelves for extra vertical storage). But the second we saw the Samsung Bespoke smart fridge with four door flex in person we knew we needed to buy this one instead. Not only is it a smart fridge with a built in tv, but what really sold us on it was the freezer organization & the fact that the bottom right segment can flex between a freezer, refrigerator or beverage fridge which is perfect for hosting parties at home. Why does no one talk about how ugly the ikea closet rods are?

I knew I wanted to swap to metal rods, but the real surprise was that “upgrading” actually cost less than the IKEA version! ✨

I swapped out the standard komplement closet rods for a more elevated, oval metal option that fit perfectly into the adjustable holes for a much more high end look 🙌

I purchased in 24”, 36” & 48” sizes to be cut down for all three pax sizes (19 5/8”, 29 1/2” & 39 3/8” widths) and all of the tools to do this easy upgrade 🛒

It was the easiest DIY - just measure, mark, wrap the rod with painters tape, saw through it with a small jack saw, sand down the edges, and then install the bracket & insert the rod 🪚

I’d consider this a holy grail hair serum. Not only does it smell amazing, a little goes a long way in helping reduce breakage & smooth out hair while acting as a heat protectant too. It’s a splurge worthy purchase but worth every penny. It would make a fantastic Mother’s Day gift for the mom who has everything or for the mom who may not normally splurge on a hair care product for themselves, but you know it will come in useful & feel like a luxury & last a long time

When we planned out our walk in closet with the Ikea pax system this slide out tray was originally intended to hold belts & sunglasses but it ended up being so much more useful as a drop zone. Our closet is all wardrobes & doesn't have any table top or work surfaces so this slide out tray in the middle of the room ended up being the perfect space saving solution for placing clean laundry and using it as a work surface to fold and sort things & get them on the wooden hangers before sorting them into their perspective wardrobes.

When you get a Spidey themed birthday party invitation & couldn't resist playing into the theme. Normally I'm not one for logos, but these balanced being aesthetically pleasing while also featuring characters in a classy way. I mean how cute are these embroidered spider man / marvel items for a toddler or little boy?! The mini varsity jacket was an immediate add to cart & then it snowballed into needing the matching jeans, red wayfair style kids sized sunglasses & of course the little sneakers which look like they have laces, but are actually elastic bands that are slip ons and don't require tying. He's going to look so stylish for back to school 🕸️❤️🕷️

Recently upgraded my bed sheets to this wonderfully soft Egyptian cotton sheet set & some of the details are so luxe. I especially appreciate the extra thick elastic band which helps pulling the sheet over a thick mattress so much easier! Everything I used to add the prettiest picture frame moulding to my bedroom walls as a beginner friendly DIY home reno project.
