hoyamacrophyllaalbomarginata aka hoyalatifoliaalbomarginata is a plant that seems to creep in the winter and leap with growth in the summer. It pretty much needs hot temps to be happy. It can survive in normal household conditions, but it thrives in the summer heat & humidity. It’s outside this summer! Liz’s personal experience only…every environment is different: 🪴Name: hoyamacrophyllavariegata 🪴Water: when dry 🪴Avg Temp last 30 days: 88F 🪴Relative Humidity last 30 days: 70% 🪴Fussy: can be 🪴Rate of growth: medium 🪴Rareness: common 🪴Growing Medium: cactus soil amended with coco husks 🪴Growing location: outdoors right now 🪴Fertilizer frequency: I use a nutrient diverse fertilizer that is perfect for Hoyas about every other watering while I’m seeing active growth. I stop if the plant is in dormancy. The fertilizer I use, contains macro & micronutrients, it’s the best I’ve found for hoyas! 🌸Age until 1st bloom: none yet 🪴Would Liz recommend this one: yes, but it is a bit finicky so I don’t think it’s a good plant for a beginner even though it’s often found in stores. 👍follow for more & 🏷️ save for future reference ilovehoyas hoyacollector hoyahead hoyaappreciation hoyacollection plantsmakemehappy ihavethisthingwithplants easilydistractedbyplants LTKFindsUnder100 LTKFindsUnder50 LTKHome
