I have a routine that I follow EVERY TIME a new plant enters my house. It’s simple, and so very important to ensure the pests don’t get a free invitation into my home. This isn’t fool proof, but I’ve had very good success with this routine over the years! 1. Visually check for pests 2. Spray with water to knock off any pests I can’t see 3. Add a systemic pesticide (for link comment: “systemic”) 4. Spray with a topical pest treatment (for link comment: “leaf shine”) I then keep my new plants in a quarantine area (basically far away from my other plants). Once 3-6 weeks have passed, I move my plants into the general population. ilovehoyas hoyacollector hoyahead hoyaappreciation hoyacollection plantsmakemehappy ihavethisthingwithplants easilydistractedbyplants hoyasaremyjam hoyacollection hoyaheaven hoyamylove hoya hoyalover hoyalove waxplant hoyasofinstagram thehoyacollective houseofhoya houseplantclub hoyafanatic plantstagram rareplants plantsmakepeoplehappy hoyacaretips plantphotography plantsinmyhome plantsinmyspace hoyacurtisii LTKFindsUnder50 LTKHome
