📝Ingredients & Instructions
🍠Sweet Potato Buns
2 sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
2 eggs
Salt + pepper
Mix together, then add ~2 tbsp of the mixture to a waffle iron until crisped into "buns.” *Feel free to add extra egg to further combine if you're using large sweet potatoes

🍔Burgers: (cook on 📌 Mesa Mia by Jenny Martinez 10.5" Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan - 917-070)

1 Ib extra lean ground beef

2 tbsp burger seasoning

Form into 4 patties and cook to desired temp.

🍳season egg with your favorite seasoning

🧅Caramelized onions and peppers

Olive oil & dash of honey

🥬🍅🫙Other ingredients
Lettuce, tomato with Skinny girl dressing( poppyseed)

🧀Feel free to add fat free cheese
