It’s still so wild to me how big of an impact these 4 changes had on my Sage Home kitchen! First, painting it beige... SUCH a game changer. It brought in so much warmth.

Then working with Rejuvenation to add the statement pendant lighting, unlacquered brass hardware and faucet, and that Greta pot rail!! It transformed the space from a modern farmhouse look into a much more inviting kitchen.

And then, of course, all the vintage pieces, the plates, the copper... all those little details are really what made this kitchen sing.

My Flora rug is 60% off this weekend!! We use the tan version in the Cabin (called blush online, but definitely more tan!) The jute/cotton blend is super durable and SO sweet!

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKHome #LTKSeasonal

How sweet is The Flora rug from my collection in the cabin!! I love the floral pattern play 🥀 This is the tan version, and it comes in a bunch of sizes!!

For this plate wall, I hung everything with brass wire plate hangers for a couple of reasons: Since this is a sunroom, the temperature and humidity fluctuate, and I didn’t want to rely on adhesive plate hangers. Plus, some of these platters are heavy, so the wire gives me a little extra security.

It’s the moment that brings the whole room together. I love it so much!! Are you all convinced every home needs a plate wall yet?!?

The cabin renovation is done! And while most decor is secondhand, here are a few new items I got and would recommend!

This dress has brought me SO much joy this summer! I have never gotten so many compliments wearing a dress! It’s so fun! I am wearing a large 👍🏼

When everything is in bloom, I love using DIY monoprinting to preserve those beautiful blossoms year-round. It's such an easy and fun project, and a wonderful way to capture the beauty of the season. If you're looking for the supplies, I've linked everything you need right here. I can't wait to see you create your own!

GIVE ME ALL THE FLOWERS!!! 🌸🌼🌷 How happy are you that everything is blooming right now?! It is my favorite time of year. I soak up so much inspiration from all the colors, and they influence almost everything I create, from interior design to my products, including my rug collection with Livabliss.

Also... you guys have been asking so many great questions about the rugs! Things like the colorways, the materials, and what they actually look like in different spaces... and I'm SO excited because they're now on RugsDirect!! They have TONS of photos that answer so many of those questions.

I'm so excited there's another easy way to shop them... and I can't wait to share the next rug drop this fall! 🤍

I loved creating these scalloped floral art pieces using terracotta-colored air clay, fresh florals, and the cutest scalloped cookie cutters! It was such a fun project, and one of those DIY‘s that feels both creative and relaxing

#LTKHome

Thank you all so much for the love you've shown our beloved Louise rug and the new colorways! 💛

I was just browsing and noticed they're on sale at Wayfair, which is so exciting. The prices are amazing, and most rugs in my collection are currently marked down.

Thank you again for all of your support!! It means so much to me, and I'm so happy these sweet little flowers are bringing so much joy into your homes. 🌼

The bathroom detail that brings a little joy. These 100% cotton floral bath towels are one of those simple details that can make a bathroom feel more thoughtful and personal! I love how the floral pattern has a little charm with the soft cotton. keep them practical for everyday use.

The sweetest hooked floral pillow cover, right?? I love the texture, the vintage inspired floral pattern! I want to try doing a DIY version, but for now this pillow is on my shopping list!

In the Barnhouse, this milk glass pendant was one of those pieces that instantly felt like I had always been there! I love how the vintage-inspired shape and soft glow so much character to our landing

The paint colors I use at my Sage Home, plus Jenni Yolo Home rugs! And a few other upgrades!

#LTKHome

The Sage kitchen details!

The new blush color way of the Louise rug is my favorite!

#LTKHome

This floral tufted bathmat is one of those small details that completely brighten up a bathroom! I love the sweet floral pattern!

#LTKHome

Oh, how I love a mini Turkish rug in a bathroom or tucked in front of the kitchen sink. 🤍 They add just the right vintage touch and make a space feel a little more layered and collected. I've used them throughout so many of my designs, and they always hold up beautifully.

Finding great options in soft blues and neutral tones can be a bit tricky, so I rounded up some favorites from an Etsy seller I've purchased from multiple times and have always been so happy with. Sharing all my picks below because they're just too good not to! ✨

We power washed the deck at the Sage Home, planted new flowers, and got our patio furniture back in place. This set has been amazing!! We've had it for years, it's held up so well, and it's SUPER affordable. We're still so happy with it! Plus, it's currently on sale.

#LTKHome #LTKSaleAlert

Best $90 I spent in this kitchen! This plate wall is such a pretty (and affordable!) statement in a space that can get SO expensive to renovate. My recs to hang them below!

#LTKHome

I took a BIG chance and carved a floral design into a thrifted desk that I had just spent days sanding and restaining!! It felt risky, but I absolutely adore how it turned out. I liked using a Dremel and tested several different bits, but the ball-nose carving bit worked best for this project. The Dremel below includes the bit 👍🏼

#LTKHome

I hang A LOT of plates, and these adhesive plate hangers and gold plate hangers are my go-to! I haven't had a single plate fall yet. I use the adhesive hangers on smaller plates and the gold plate hangers on heavier plates and larger platters. They're easy to use, hold really well, and make hanging decorative plates so much easier. Definitely recommend if you're creating a plate wall or looking for reliable wall plate hangers!

I got this robo vacuum and mop a couple years ago and we still love it! It has a dock that it self empties when full so you can have if run while you leave for the day and come back to clean floors. Great for homes with pets and kids!

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKmomlife #LTKHome

We have had these stools for over a year and they have held up great with kids (and we have a messy 2 year old)! 4 for under $500. They are wipeable! And super sturdy.

#LTKmomlife #LTKHome #LTKKids

My sweet Flora rug add blooms to any room! It’s a super durable jute blend rug in really pretty colors!
