I make a lot of smoothies and I always use some kind of leafy green. This is the key to helping my greens stay fresher for longer. The carbon filter absorbs the gas they expel, and when you keep them dry, they will last for days longer than you expected.

Don’t sleep on CVS and the their deals. A lot of times I can cut my order in half because of the stackable coupons. This week I needed more magnesium glycinate supplements to assist with my perimenopause, insomnia, and lotion with SPF for my daughter who has vitiligo.
