The juice of 5-6 oranges (about 2 cups) 6. The juice of 3-4 limes (about 1/2 cup) 7. 10 garlic cloves 8. 1 tsp ground cumin 9. 1 tsp chili powder 10. 1 tsp garlic salt 11. 1 tsp Mexican seasoning or chicken bouillon 12. 1 tsp dried oregano 13. 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) 14. ½ tsp black pepper 15. A bunch of fresh cilantro (1/2 cup if chopped) Instructions: 1. Blend ingredients 4-15 2. Place the pork into the slow cooker. Add beer and blended mixture 3. Cover and slow cook for 6 hours (until the meat is tender and falls apart easily with a fork) 4. Halfway, add sliced onions (optional) 5.
