A sleeveless blazer is such a great piece to transition into spring with and it's wonderful for work because you can literally throw it over anything and look professional! I'm wearing this set in a size small. I'm right under 5'3" the pants run short, if you are taller than me just know that they will fit ankle length (which is not bad they'll just be more ankle length which is a total vibe).
