I didn’t expect to cry in the dressing room today.

Not because things didn’t fit…
but because they did.

After losing weight, sometimes I still feel shocked when clothes actually look good on me. And if I’m being honest… I catch myself wanting to buy everything because for so long nothing felt right. I don’t want to be broke literally because of trauma I have from my heavier days.

Does anyone else who’s lost weight struggle with that?

Like you’re making up for years of things not fitting?

Still learning that confidence doesn’t come from buying more… it comes from believing what I see in the mirror.
