AmLactin has been around forever. Dermatologist recommended, fragrance free, lactic acid plus glycerin. It gently exfoliates and hydrates at the same time which is exactly what rough, dull body skin needs, especially post-menopause when cell turnover slows way down.

Here’s where I use it: arms, legs, hands, and my décolleté (chest texture is real and we don’t talk about it enough).

Here’s where I don’t use it: my face because I’m already on prescription tretinoin and layering AHAs on top is a one-way ticket to over-exfoliation and a compromised barrier. Not the move.

Okay I’ll be honest, AmLactin is not cute. The bottle is not aesthetic. But this fragrance free Daily Nourish Lotion has lactic acid and hydrating glycerin, and my skin is genuinely smoother. The lactic acid gently exfoliates while you sleep, the glycerin locks in moisture, and over time you get softer, more even texture without any scrubbing or effort. I use it at night as my facial moisturizer, topped with a rich cream and 2 drops of Volufiline mixed in. Unglamorous routine, real results☕️

It’s not often a foundation makes me feel giddy but this new one by @mphbeauty is so good!! First impressions were that the formula was light & because of that I figured the coverage would be minimal and maybe it would be more like a skin tint for me….wrong! As I edited this video, I realized just how much coverage I was seeing. The spots on my forehead were literally there & then poof, gone after swirling it on. This formula blends like butta and feels feather light. Since I first tried it I’ve been testing it on different ways, I wanted to see if it would get cakey if I used 2-3 pumps, nope!
