Strong like mom! Slowly starting to get back into working out and then had a minor setback with my incision- but I am so determined to be the strongest version of myself as I navigate motherhood. Let’s be real, the car seat, the bags, the growing baby. It’s a lot! Since I had a c section, I lost a lot of my core strength. They literally tell you not to use your core during your recovery!! I didn’t realize how much you rely on it- I went to go bend and put Grayson in his sleep sack and pulled something in my back because I have been using other muscles to compensate. Not great 😅 So here we go! Slowly starting to find my footing again, build up strength, and lean back into my community that I’ve missed so much!
