Here you go!! 🍑🤍 This Peach Burrata Salad is one of my favorite summer recipes. It’s fresh, simple, and always a crowd favorite. Save this for your next get-together!

Peach Burrata Salad 🍑✨

Ingredients

* 2 ripe peaches, sliced
* 8 oz burrata cheese
* 4–5 cups arugula (or spring mix)
* 1/4 cup prosciutto (optional)
* Roughly chopped onions & cherries
* Balsamic glaze
* Extra virgin olive oil
* Flaky sea salt

Directions

1. Add the arugula to a large serving platter or bowl.
2. Massage the arugula with olive oil & sea salt.
3. Add in roughly chopped red onions & cherries.
4. Arrange the sliced peaches around the greens.
5. Add the prosciutto
6. Tear the burrata into pieces and place it in the center.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Serve immediately with toasted sourdough or a crusty baguette for the perfect summer appetizer or light lunch!
