My evening wind down ritual has become something I look forward to . Around 8 PM I’ll start to prepare my body to rest. Suffering from low progesterone means I have trouble sleeping, staying asleep, and getting into deep sleep. A few days a week I will wear these deep cleansing foot pads to help with my relaxation and cleansing. My nightly ritual includes a peppermint or ginger, tea, a red light therapy, mask, and making sure all the lights in my home are low.
