Last week didn’t go to plan. Little dude was under the weather, and my gym routine took a hit—I made it there twice out of my usual five days. The rest of the week was filled with long walks, stroller miles, and squeezing in home workouts when I could. But here’s the thing: movement still happened. And that’s what matters. Not perfection—consistency. This week we’re back to our regularly scheduled programming, and it feels good. But I’m also proud of how I showed up when things didn’t feel ideal. That counts too. Shoutout to the outfits that made it easy—versatile enough for a lift, a walk through the neighborhood, or chasing a toddler in circles. If you’re in a season where your workouts don’t look how they used to… you’re not alone. You’re still doing it. You’re still showing up. That’s the win.
