Fragrances I actually tolerate as an allergy girly ✨
Soft, subtle, and wearable — without the sneezing and watery eyes. These are the scents I reach for when I want to feel put together, but still need something gentle enough for sensitive days. From airy musks to clean florals and fresh rain notes, each one has a way of being beautiful without being overwhelming. 🌿

They say in real estate there are three rules: location, location… and apparently, burial.

Legend has it that if your house isn’t selling, you can call in a little heavenly backup. Enter Saint Joseph—patron saint of families and workers—who, over the years, picked up a side gig as the unofficial patron saint of real estate. The tradition? Burying a tiny statue of him upside down in your yard. Yes—upside down. Supposedly, this motivates him to “work quickly” to get your home sold so he can be dug back up and placed somewhere of honor in the new house.

Now, depending on who you ask, the exact rules vary. Some say by the front door. Others swear by the backyard near the “For Sale” sign. A few even recommend wrapping him in a plastic bag so the poor guy doesn’t get muddy. (Imagine explaining that job description to a saint: “Okay Joe, you’re going underground, but trust me—it’s for the greater good!”)

Realtors joke that it’s the original “underground marketing strategy.” Sellers swear by it, buyers raise their eyebrows, and Saint Joseph? Well, let’s just say he’s been busier than Zillow for the last 100 years.

Does it work? Who knows. But hey—when it comes to selling a home, sometimes you stage the living room, sometimes you bury a saint. A little faith and a great Realtor never hurt anybody.
