I never thought I’d be the person walking around in a weighted vest… but here we are. At first, I was like why is everyone adding weight to their walk?! But then I started noticing… ✔ Better posture ✔ Stronger bones (hello bone density) ✔ And it makes regular walks feel way effective So far, I’m liking it.
