I think I finally perfected how I maintain and refresh my boho braids!🤩🔥 . The first week when I tried maintaining my braids I just used a foaming mousse but I found that the loose hairs were tangling and frizzing up really bad. This time I used a gel and I am so happy I did! It’s been over a week and I haven’t had to do to much up keep or reapplying the gel. I just add the mousse on the braids every morning since the gel did an excellent job holding the loose strands in place!🔥 . My favorite way to moisture my hair while in a protective style is using a spray leave in conditioner. I’m not a huge fan of spray leave-in conditioners but this one by @mielleorganics is always my go to. The foaming mousse I’ve been loving on my braids is from @theashleymariecollection !
