as a strong but jiggly gal i was nervous/unsure about what to wear. my inital thought was that i didn’t want my shoulders exposed too much incase the ziplining straps irritated or pinched me, but then i realized that all of your weight sits in those thigh straps and not the shoulders at all! the athletic dress was PERFECT! all the straps were able to be positioned, and since it’s like a swimsuit material it was breathable. it even started raining halfway through (ya know, cuz we were in the rainforest) so i wasn’t soaking wet on the way home. i wore the softlyzero easy peezy dress from Halara (size medium) and i’ve heard great things about Old Navy active dresses as well! #nsv #nonscalevictory #zipline #adventure #fitnessjourney

the amount of times my husband has to remind me to trust my knee is crazy because i’m almost 5 years out from my ACL repair & meniscectomy. the brain-body connection is just not there and i still continue to baby my “strong” leg, which can often lead to improper form if i’m not being super conscious about it. during leg day, i find it helpful to isolate my exercises so i’m focusing on one leg at a time! 🏋🏻‍♀️💕 #workout #legday #splitsquats #aclrecovery #kneesurgery
