This stuff is dangerously good… sweet, salty, crunchy, chocolatey PERFECTION. Make it for parties, tins, gifting, or a cozy movie night. 🤍

📌 Ingredients

• 1 sleeve saltine crackers
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Toppings of choice (peppermint, sprinkles, nuts, etc.)

🍬 Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with foil (leave some overhang!).
3. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer.
4. Melt 1 cup butter, then stir in 1 cup brown sugar.
5. Bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Remove from heat and stir in salt + vanilla.
7. Pour caramel mixture over crackers and spread evenly.
8. Bake for 5 minutes.
9. Remove and immediately top with chocolate chips.
10. Cover loosely with foil for 5 minutes to melt.
11. Spread chocolate smooth, add toppings.
12. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
13. Peel off foil and break into pieces.

🧂What You’ll Need:
• 1 box puff pastry (cut into 24 squares)
• 1 block cream cheese (cut into 24 squares)
• Small jar of pepper jelly

👩‍🍳How to Make:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
2️⃣ Add your pre-cut puff pastry squares to each muffin cup and stretch slightly to fit.
3️⃣ Bake for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Add a square of cream cheese and a spoonful of pepper jelly to each pastry.
5️⃣ Bake another 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6️⃣ ENJOY!
