✨ From Builder Basic to Custom Designer ✨

This room had great bones, but it felt unfinished and lacked warmth, balance, and personality. My goal was to create a space that feels custom, elevated, and timeless—without changing the entire layout.

Here’s what I changed:
✨ Designed a custom built-in entertainment wall to create a true focal point.
✨ Created a layered, cohesive furniture layout that encourages conversation.
✨ Added oversized greenery, soft textures, lighting, and curated accessories for that luxury model-home feel.
✨ Kept the palette neutral so the space feels bright, airy, and timeless.

Every detail was selected to make this room feel intentional, functional, and high-end.

Obviously, we are not selling the dogs. This was just a useful link in case anybody in the Las Vegas or nearby area is interested

Instead of starting from scratch, we designed around what was already there. We embraced the warmth of the existing kitchen cabinetry and flooring, then layered in soft neutrals, custom-style millwork, floor-to-ceiling drapery, and thoughtfully selected furnishings to create a cohesive, elevated space that feels timeless and inviting.

The best part? This transformation was designed completely virtually before a single purchase was made.
