I have always had trouble getting to sleep and one thing that helps a ton is a good eye mask! I started with a cheap one from Amazon to see if it helped, and while it definitely did I knew I needed to upgrade! This new one is made of silk and has a Velcro back, so no elastic rubbing on your hair or squashing your ears. It also block out WAY more light making me sleep even better! If you struggle sleeping I definitely recommend giving it a try!
