This is your sign to book a doctor’s appointment when you aren’t feeling well! I was having some very weird symptoms for a few months last year including tingling in the hands and feet, vertigo, fatigue, brain fog, and general weakness. I was concerned about it but didn’t have a family doctor after mine retired. Luckily my problem was nutrient deficiencies in both B12 and Iron which are relatively easy to fix! I take supplements for both and have been feeling SO much better plus my hair and nails grow much faster now! I have also been taking vitamin D and magnesium at my doctor’s advice. Remember - listen to your doctor! I’m not a medical expert in any way, but if something feels bad / wrong get it checked out! 💕

Wore this to a holiday party over the weekend and absolutely loved it! Such a cute outfit and super comfy as well. The skirt is ultra stretchy with a mermaid silhouette and some ruching on the sides - it was available in other colours too but I loved the green for the holidays!

I have always had trouble getting to sleep and one thing that helps a ton is a good eye mask! I started with a cheap one from Amazon to see if it helped, and while it definitely did I knew I needed to upgrade! This new one is made of silk and has a Velcro back, so no elastic rubbing on your hair or squashing your ears. It also block out WAY more light making me sleep even better! If you struggle sleeping I definitely recommend giving it a try! I also think they make a great stocking stuffer, especially for the people in your life that could use some extra ZZZs 😴

I have a large chest, usually wearing a 34G and this top gives me the lift + support I need plus looks incredible with a sheer lace back! You get to wear a super fun top with no bra straps showing - what could be better! 💕 it comes in this wine colour or black, and I cannot recommend it enough!

I love a cute pair of linen pants and these 100% heavyweight European linen pants from Lintico are incredible! They have a nice thick feel and I know that I will treasure them for years to come 💕 the top is also from Lintico and is a 95% organic cotton with 5% spandex for some added stretch. I absolutely love this as an outfit but also know I will be able to wear both pieces with so many other things!

Knix finally released a new version of their bestselling Revolution bra line that is specifically for fuller cups - the Revolution Busty Bra! I haven’t loved most of the Revolution bras as I always had a bit of overflow in the cups, and luckily that is eliminated in this new version! But went with a M++ and usually wear a 34G for reference - it fits great! Definitely a very comfortable bra and exactly what I have come to expect from Knix!

I own the original At The Barre bow dress from Aerie but I saw that they released new satin versions for the holidays - of course I had to try it out! If you liked the OG version, this one is pretty different. The satin is very cute though and I love the super bright red! Keep in mind that this looks much longer on me than the product photos because I’m only 5’1"

Feeling cute + festive in a super cozy outfit from OGL 💕 call me an outfit repeater at this point because I have been wearing this nonstop! The skirt is now available in a petite length too - I got mine before it released and you can see it is very long! I am only 5’1” or 154cm for reference. I would go with the petite if you want it a little shorter! I am wearing a medium in the top and bottom.

The BEST work pants you will ever try, especially if you are curvy! These ones have some stretch built in making them comfy all day long. They are a thick fabric, so nice and warm in the colder months, plus I think the thicker material makes them look really professional as well! The top is a brami (my fave) so no bra needed and it actually stays in place on the shoulders thanks to some sticky fabric right where you need it!
