No Bake Easter Cheesecake Desserts 🐰I created two different half homemade cheesecake themed desserts using 1 store bought cheesecake for both the chocolate and coconut lover on your guest list! Perfect for your Easter dessert table this year!

I prepared homemade whipped cream by blending 4oz. of heavy whipping cream with 1 tablespoon of confectionery sugar until stiff peaks formed. The consistency was thicker than store-bought spray whipped cream, providing a stable base for my chocolate bunny and eggs atop mini bites, unlike the quickly-runny spray version.

Before rolling in pre-colored sweetened coconut flakes, ensure your cheesecake mixture is thoroughly chilled. Divide the coconut flakes into three bowls and add a tiny drop of food coloring to each for pink, blue, and green hues. Plain flakes serve as white coconut tails.

Chill both desserts before serving, and add the whipped cream and candy just before serving. Enjoy!

Starbucks Copycat Cake Pops 🍭 recreate the ever popular and delicious Starbucks Cake Pops at home with just 3 ingredients?! This half-homemade shortcut is super easy to whip up and just as delicious!

It’s a perfect treat for Easter, showers and birthday parties! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-Softened block of cream cheese
-Package of store bought soft sugar cookies. I bought mine from @target ( yielded 13 cake pops)
-Use soft baked sugar cookies from Target or Walmart. *****Dry, hard, typical sugar cookies without icing will not taste good.
-Chocolate melts- your color preference and sprinkles

Directions:
-On a low setting mix cream cheese and cookies until nice and smooth
-Scoop or spoon out portions and hand roll into balls
-Freeze your pops for about an hour so they get nice an firm and hold while dipping them in chocolate
-Decorate white still tacky

TIPS:
-Melt chocolate melts according to page instructions.
-Before dipping - take your stick, dip in chocolate and place in center of your pops, wait a minute or two until it sets. This will make dipping and controlling your oops so much easier.
-I found dipping chilled dough into room temperature chocolate was the best combo.
-Dip and turn your pops in the chocolate on a 45 degree angle for smooth and consistent coverage. Be sure to let drip off excess before setting in holder or decorating.
