Recipe: * 12 oz chocolate chips * 1 tbsp coconut oil * 2 green apples, diced & patted dry * Mini pretzels * Caramel for drizzling Make it: Melt chocolate with coconut oil and spread on parchment. Top with apples and pretzels, drizzle with caramel and a little extra chocolate. Chill for a couple hours, break apart & enjoy!
