Doing my brows before makeup makes everything so much easier.
First, I fluff and brush them into place. Then I apply brow gel for hold and press them down to create that laminated effect. Next, I add hair-like strokes to fill in any sparse areas.

I finish by cleaning up the bottom and the top of the brows — and that’s how I get brows looking thick, lifted, and natural every time.
