My favorite comfy romper and jean jacket- pair with a timeless purse and sandals! Your look is a classic.

Casual style, denim jacket, jean jacket, sandals, rompers, comfy style, summer style, over 40 style

#ad Comment "BRITE" and I'll send you exactly where to find it 👇

At 41, my cleaning routine just got an upgrade — and I'm not being dramatic when I say I didn't know I needed this.
Target's new BRITE by Scotch-Brite line is six color-coordinated tools that are actually cute enough to leave out on your counter (a real first for me). The palm scrubber twists apart so you fill the soap right inside, everything hangs in its own drain and dry stand so the water drips there instead of all over my counter, and — the real win — every single piece is dishwasher safe. I will not be hand-washing a sponge holder in 2026.

It's new at Target right now, found it right on the shelf. Go look!

Which one should I keep? ☀️🌸

At 42, I genuinely cannot tell anymore if I’m hot because it’s September or because... it’s just me now. 🥵

@_myplusone sent me their new Menopause Support AM/PM Gummies and I’m doing something I don’t usually do — showing you the real 28 days. Not the “I feel amazing” reel on day 3. The actual, in-between, “is this working or is it just Tuesday” truth.

2 AM Gummies In the Morning: supports energy, metabolism, hormonal balance
2 PM Gummies at Night: supports calming the nervous system, supporting sleep, supporting healthy estrogen metabolism

Following along for the next 8 weeks? I’ll check back in.

Looks like it’s time to get my groove back 💃🏾

Tell me which one hits closest to home👇🏾hot flashes, the 3am wake-ups, the brain fog, the “wait what was I saying,” or the low-key libido drop nobody talks about.

#ad At 41, I've given every teacher gift there is: candles, mugs, the works. This year I switched it up with Apple Gift Card, because the best "thank you" lets her pick exactly what she wants, even Apple Music subscription so she can build her own playlists (great timing too, with VMAs just around the corner and new artists to
discover).

Available at Target in store from $15 to $200, or up to $500 on target.com.

#ad Nobody warns you before college move-in day: no candles (fire hazard) and half these dorms don't even have a free outlet for a plug-in. Found that out the hard way. Air Wick Essential Mist is built for exactly this — flameless, cordless,
battery-powered, goes anywhere in the room, no outlet needed. And setup is
genuinely under a minute: twist the top off, drop the fragrance bottle in, snap it back
on, done.
Got the White Sage Mahogany starter kit — fragrance inspired by nature, not that
fake air-freshener smell — but they've got other scent options too so you can pick
what actually fits your kid instead of grabbing whatever's left.
This is the difference between a dorm that smells like a dorm and one that feels like
home. Good for roommates coming over, movie nights, all of it.
Grabbed the whole kit at Target — if you've got a kid headed back this fall,
