Some moments and people I am forever thankful for. Next month will mark 10 years since moving to New York! Like WHAT?! How did this happen? I remember how much I adored New York before ever even coming here but never even considered to visit because it scared me. It scared me how expensive it was, the fact that I knew absolutely no one living here and I never felt cool enough for this city either. But maybe that’s what dreams are supposed to do. Scare you. And subconsciously motivate you. To try, to fail, to try again and see the beauty unfold. If someone told me 10 years ago that I’ll still be with my at the time boyfriend of 1 year - I would have totally believed them this - Because when you know you know, right ;) but if someone had told me we’d be raising a little New Yorker and living in an apartment more beautiful than I had ever envisioned!!? I think I would have told them they’re crazy, but to bring it on. Anyway, just a few sentimental and cheesy thoughts I’ve been having this morning.
