These products are pride and true, and have incredibly increased my ability to sleep! I am 42 and entering perimenopause. I was getting so hot at night with heat flashes and it was driving my husband nuts because I was restless in my sleep. I also could not fall asleep very quickly until I got the nod pod. It’s like my own version of a Blankey, but it rests over my eyes and helps me fall asleep quickly. And remember to take your magnesium before bedtime as well!

This quarter zip is giving Alo vibes and these shorts are the perfect fit. They fit slightly true to size and are meant to be a little bit looser. If you get a tighter size, make sure that you don’t do the lighter color. I could wear an extra small, but I bought a size small to ensure they weren’t too see-through. They are so comfy and lightweight. I love them. The brown color and the sweat sweatshirt is everything for fall. It will be so cute with so many different leggings.
