My oldest son lives at a motocross training facility full time.

Today’s his off day🤣 What does he do after getting blood drawn this morning you ask? He goes on a 21 mile bike ride😳🚴‍♂️🚴🏿🚴‍♀️ He’s in the back throwing the peace sign at the end of the video. 🤣🤣🤣 I know it doesn’t look like it, but he’s holding up two fingers at the end🤣🤣

This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipes! I love making a sheet pan bake with sausage, broccoli, potatoes, onion, and a packet or two of Italian dressing!

It’s so easy to make and you can add whatever you like to it. I usually try to bake my potatoes first for about 30 minutes to make sure they’re fully cooked after I add everything else. We also add a little Tajin after it’s done and it’s so good!!!
