The leaves are starting to change colors into beautiful golden yellows, reds, and oranges. I really wish that I were in the mountains because I know that they would be absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to take time for ourselves with self-care and sometimes you just have to force yourself to throw your shoes on and go outside for a walk or a hike just to get some fresh air.
