Of course a trip to Charleston to visit Austin Farmer at College of Charleston had to include some good seafood! 🦐🦪🐟 We ate at Hyman's Seafood and definitely did not leave hungry. 😂 We started with the NOLA shrimp, yellowfin tuna, the Wadmalaw Delight, local fried green tomatoes served over creamy grits and topped with Carolina cream sauce, cheese, and Cajun seasoning, and a Chilean sea bass croquette. For dinner, we tried the fried shrimp, fried oysters, and the catch of the day, Pacific sablefish tacos. Everything was delicious! I’m pretty sure eating our way through Charleston is going to become part of every visit to see him. ❤️
