It’s hard to believe that today is the last day of 2025. I hope everyone has a happy and safe New Year’s Eve. 🎆

My word for 2026 is intention. I will do my best to do things intentionally this year. I’m trying to take better care of myself through self-care, exercise, and eating healthy.

I’m starting off with doing small things like wearing my sunscreen, wearing my weighted vest, and walking my dog, Bruno, as often as possible.

I started wearing a SPF 50 sunscreen tinted moisturizer after seeing the dermatologist last month. I was shocked when she told me me that using tanning beds increases your chance of getting skin cancer by 40%☀️

I’m getting two suspicious spots removed next month! Trust me, I will religiously wear it every day now!
