Every year we get asked about our popcorn garland 🎄🍿 If you want to skip over the work, I’ve linked a good alternative that looks like popcorn Christmas garland without the hassle… but if you put on Charlie Brown or Garfield Thanksgiving or Christmas to watch while you work, this diy goes by SO fast. Some notes - I’ve done this for many years at this point, and I’ve found Pop Secret (specifically the one below) is the best to use. It pops huge pieces, so less work in the long run, and it helps you avoid struggling to string the fishing line through a kernel. Also this popcorn gets a lot of natural holes in the center so you rarely have to poke holes through it. After you pop (but before you string it) leave the popcorn out for 3ish hours, or even overnight. Stale popcorn is easier to work with and doesn’t break as often.
