My great-grandmother’s Cuban natilla… the decadent holiday dessert my family has passed down for 4 generations 🇨🇺🍨My mom still makes it today, and it’s everyone’s all-time favorite. It’s warm, creamy, nostalgic and tastes like home. ✨ Cuban Natilla Recipe: • 1 can evaporated milk • 1 can condensed milk • 4 egg yolks mixed with 1/2 cup milk • 1/2 cup milk mixed with 3 tbsp cornstarch • 1 tbsp vanilla How to make it: In a pot over medium heat, add evaporated milk + condensed milk. Whisk in the egg + milk mixture, then the milk + cornstarch mixture. Add 1 tbsp vanilla and keep stirring until it thickens to a pudding consistency. (If it gets clumpy, blend with an immersion blender.) Top with cinnamon. Enjoy warm or chilled 🤤 store leftovers in the fridge. This one is so special to me… hope you love it as much as my family does 🤎✨ dessert LTKHoliday LTKfoodie LTKstorytime
