My top 2 books I recommend to read during pregnancy! My husband read this coaching book and supported me through an all natural birth without having to pay for a doula. Doulas are amazing! But I wanted my husband to be that person for me ♥️

This second book by Ina May was given to me by my mother in law who read it when she was pregnant with my husband. I loved it so much and it prepared and strengthened my mind to push through 12 hours of laboring and 2.5 hours of pushing without any meds.

I truly don’t think I would of pushed through with the natural route in the midst of the pain if these two books weren’t part of our journey to prepare because let me tell ya, it was NOT EASY. But with Gods strength, prayer, and an amazing care team, we did it and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. 🙌

Prepare for your birth, educate, pray, and know that every baby is going to have their very own story 🥰

Quilts make the very best throws for rolling babies!! They don’t slide around as much as the typical blanket, they offer more padding when folded over than the normal throw or playmat, they’re healthier and made without plastic materials, they’re functional and can serve multiple purposes, and they add a beautiful warm touch to your home rather than having a brightly colored cheap one that you’re gonna want to toss out as soon as baby outgrows!

Back to school shopping doesn’t feel like it has age restrictions, idk what it is but every fall I get the urge to splurge 😅

Such a change in weather and style with the new season and since baby boy has grown out of his last years warmer clothes - I think it’s justified 👌 need I say they’re pretty much all on sale…. So like, it’s breaking girl math rn.

So dense in minerals that it’s actually wet 💧

I don’t use this for sprinkling on top of food but I will never not be putting this in all my recipes from now on. Mixing it into food brings out flavor more than traditional salt and it’s the healthiest one for you!

It is more expensive than all the others but when I bought it for the first time, the gal at checkout said “its actually saltier than normal salt too so you don’t need as much as recipes call for!” I really thought she was just trying to help me justify the cost and didn’t expect it to be so true but turns out that couldn’t be farther from the truth 😅 so use it sparingly at first until you get the hang of it!
