If you know me, you know I’m big on all aspects of health - including eye health! One of the easiest things you can do for both your eye health AND your sleep health (which I am also big on) is get some blue blocking glasses. Here are a few options for you to choose from! They also make great stocking stuffers for the health-obsessed person in your life. 😉

P.s. I know the amber colored ones might look ridiculous, but they are great for your eyes! But if you want ones that you can wear at work, the clear ones aren’t going to hurt.)

I get questions on my hair/skin routine all the time, so here are a couple of things that I do! This is all part of my morning routine. I usually use these products while I’m answering emails, so it kills two birds with one stone.

Think of these as the “icing on the cake” products. They’re the + in the A+. And please don’t use the Powerdot as a replacement for exercise! Nothing can replace a healthy diet and exercise routine. 😉

I know these are all pretty pricey, so I’m linking some alternative, more affordable options for you as well. These would make great presents for the health-obsessed/beauty-loving person in your life!!

Again, I don’t recommend these in place of exercise but they are nice to use when you are sitting & working, watching TV, etc.!
