My favorite way to make scrambled eggs with a cottage cheese protein boost. I use Erewhon brand organic eggs which I do find to be the best for cooking this way. I use 3 eggs and a 1/4 cup of Good Culture cottage cheese for an extra 7 grams of protein, plus 18 grams in the eggs 🥚 My Le Creuset cast iron pans are my go-to for cooking these.
