Don’t get me wrong, I love creams and beiges but I’m finding that adding these pops of color makes me feel happy. I found this cute boucle chair on Wayfair and this “No Wahala” print on Etsy and I love it.

No Wahala is Nigerian slang for “no worries”/ “no problem”. My Igbo grandma got a kick out of seeing it on my wall when we FaceTimed the other day and she wanted to show her friends in the village that had stopped by to visit her.

It feels good to get back to creativity in my home and not strip parts of me out to make a blank cold canvas.

3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts - boiled and shredded

8 ounces cream cheese - cubed

1 cup ranch dressing - homemade or store-bought

1 cup hot sauce - ( Frank's RedHot), plus more as needed

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ cup green onion - chopped

1.5 cups - mozzarella shredded cheese

1.5 cups cheddar cheese - shredded, divided

Top it with green onions🤤🤤
