Navy blue eyeliner was the first eyeliner I ever wore. My grandmother bought it for me and that was the ONLY color she swore by. So does that mean it’s dated?? Absolutely not. I think navy blue eyeliner is such a classic and adds a little pop to your eyes without looking overdone. It’s one of those shades that looks great on most eye colors. Would you wear blue eyeliner?
