Anyone rock the 90s lip liner look back in the day? I loved that look on other people, but for myself, I was never a fan of lip liner until a few years ago. Finding a natural lip line shade (close to your lip color), makes the biggest difference! I now love using lip liner for shading and to give my lips a fuller look.Are you a team lip liner? When I wear medium to full coverage foundation, I prefer to set my foundation with a finishing powder instead of a setting powder - and yes, they're not the same thing! I apply finishing powder sparingly, only where needed, using a firm, dense brush to soften the texture without looking powdery or cakey.
