The perfect causal everyday outfit, but elevated! For this look, I wanted a to style a basic outfit that could easily be worn everyday, and then accessorize it with pieces that would make it look a lot more dressy than it actually is! I started with a basic fold over white top, and a pair of black jeans as the base (easy). I then used statement pieces to jazz it up: large heart drop earrings, silver pointed-toe kitten heels, a simple chain belt to add a pop to the center of the outfit, and a black buckle bag with silver hardware to tie in the silver and a add more dimension to the look! I focused on using silver to tie all the pieces together, and since the outfit was black and white, the color really helped make the outfit stand out. Minor detail, but I also decided to sleek my hair back in order to bring more attention to the earrings and allow my off the shoulder top to have its moment. Accessories in this outfit could easily be interchanged to your liking. Aka sneakers instead of heels, chunky hoops instead of drop earrings- but the styling principle stays the same: take a basic outfit and add statement accessories to elevate it. LTKstyletip
